Matthew Fagan, Project Coordinator – Building Science

Matthew Fagan is an experienced Project Coordinator within the Building Science discipline at Cambium Inc. Mr. Fagan has over 7 years of working in the consulting and building science industry with a background in construction. Mr. Fagan is an experienced and trained Thermographer. 

Matthew has a professional focus on Building/Property Condition Assessments, Reserve Fund Studies, detailed construction and building envelope reviews. Mr. Fagan has completed hundreds of Baseline Building Condition Assessments for industrial, commercial, institutional and residential buildings throughout Canada for a wide range of purposes including due diligence, acquisition and finance, and divestiture.

Jeremy Taylor, P.Eng. (he/him)

Jeremy is the Group Manager of the Building Science service team at Cambium. He has over 12 years experience in completing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Reserve Fund Studies (RFS) and Performance Audits (PAs) across Canada. 

Jeremy is a civil engineer with a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo (2007). The first four years of his career began in structural engineering where he carried out analysis and design of new and existing buildings. 

Mr. Taylor has reviewed hundreds of buildings in his career, including commercial, multi-unit residential, industrial, institutional, recreational, and educational, as well as building sizes ranging from single-family homes to multi-building Class A commercial office properties.
